Milan, 18 November 2025 – Strategic expansion in Italy’s industrial heartland to enhance national and international logistics services.

Sogedim SpA, an independent Italian logistics operator and leader in national and International transport, freight forwarding, and integrated logistics, announces the acquisition of Transtir S.r.l., a Modena-based company specializing in forwarding and logistics services, along with its incorporated company Fratelli Meoni SpA of Prato.
This strategic acquisition expands Sogedim’s logistics network in Italy, strengthening its presence in both Emilia-Romagna (Carpi) and Tuscany (Prato)—two regions known for their industrial districts and strong manufacturing ecosystems.
