Sogedim acquires Transtir and strengthens transport services in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany
In November 2025, Sogedim completed the acquisition of Transtir S.r.l., a long-established company specialising in national and international transport and logistics, with a strong presence in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany and strategically located offices in Carpi, Prato and Milan.
With the integration of Transtir—widely recognised as a reliable, highly competent freight forwarder deeply rooted in Central Italy—Sogedim further strengthens its territorial coverage, ensuring faster, more reliable and more extensive connections for companies operating in both domestic and international markets.
Through Transtir, the Group’s logistics capabilities are further enhanced thanks to increased warehouse capacity, a steadily growing annual shipment volume, and an even more structured organization designed to support thousands of customers in Italy and abroad with tailor-made solutions and efficient, flexible transport services.
